We take extra care when we create your custom card. Before we send your card to print, we will invite you by email to view and approve your card. You’ll have 72 hours to do so. If we don’t hear from you during that period, the card will be assumed to be approved and we will send it to the printer who will print your cards and prepare them for delivery. Because each order is highly customized, we do not accept returns or provide refunds once your cards are printed.
